IAI's  C60 industrial grease is a superior, extreme pressure, extra high temperature, water resistant calcium sulfonate grease.

Through research in complex techniques and the latest in grease technology, especially in extreme load harsh conditions, a new generation of base grease modifications with carbon nano products has been formulated. Methods of modifying and blending components to obtain superior properties were incorporated. The basic product has been further advanced with information submitted directly by maintenance personnel about the problems they encountered and the results that they would like to see with new grease.

The objective was to have one grease that would reduce costly repairs and downtime and guard against corrosion, oxidization, water washout and leakage. It was also IAI's intent to have this one grease operate effectively at high and low temperatures and under extreme pressure conditions thus reducing wear and effectively improving efficiency and controllability of a preventative maintenance program. As a result  superior IAI's  C60 grease for heavy industrial, mining,agriculture and auto equipment  meets the objective requirements requested by industries. 

The main attention in developing C60 Industrial  grease was concentrated on improving the next properties, described by ASTM parameters:

High temperature bearing life - D3527

EP performance OK load  - D2509

Load wear index – D2596.

These parameters were improved by 20 to 40%.
