Lubrication Products

Lubrication is the process or technique of using a lubricant to reduce friction and/or wear in a contact between two surfaces. Most lubricants can be solid, solid/liquid (greases) and liquid (oils). We produce carbon nanoproducts of the highest quality, so our goal is modification of greases and oils to use beneficial properties of nanoproducts to increase performance of lubricants. While industrial lubricants only make up 1% of plant operational costs, the lack of proper lubrication can have an adverse impact on total maintenance costs—impacting more than half of all maintenance expenses—and downtime. However, finding that right lubricant can be a challenge.

Through research in complex techniques and the latest in lubrication technology, especially in extreme load harsh conditions, a new generation of oil and grease modifications with carbon nano products has been formulated. Methods of modifying and blending components to obtain superior properties were incorporated. The basic product s have been further advanced with information submitted directly by maintenance personnel about the problems they encountered and the results that they would like to see with new oils and greases. The objective was to have one type of oil and grease that would reduce costly repairs and downtime and guard against corrosion, oxidization, water washout and leakage. It was also IAI's intent to have this one type of oil and grease operate effectively at high and low temperatures and under extreme pressure conditions thus reducing wear and effectively improving efficiency and controllability of a preventative maintenance program. At present we are proud to offer to our customers superior products ready for wide range of applications.
